Working from her own bijou studio workshop Avril produces her ranges of individual handmade fine metal working pieces. She has always had a fascination with coastal seascapes and associated symbols, which are prime influences in her ever evolving ranges of work. Silver, in conjunction with 9ct gold and lead free enamels are employed using traditional and experimental fine metalworking techniques to produce refined contemporary wearable jewellery and objects. Themed enamelled copper wall pieces based on observations made at the Yorkshire coast complete her collection of work.
